filigree and casket ring. 18/19c.?

Bought this on a online antique website about 12 years ago.
It is Silver with plenty of Gold gilding still remaining
Shank is a bit misshaped due to transit.
Not really sure of age but was told it could be 18/19c.
But could be much older.the look has a medieval one.
