A large early 19th century George IV rosewood centre or breakfast table. The rosewood veneered circular top has a broad lappet carved edge and is held by pins in the base that allow the top to tip. The platform base has three concave sides and large scroll shaped feet with concealed casters. The carved centre column has a solid rosewood collar carved to match the table edge. The table is in good condition and is priced to have some minor repairs to the scroll feet and chips to the veneer. The table could sit eight people.
