walnut demi lune side cabinet by wylie & lochhead

Circa 1920, walnut and burr walnut demi lune side cabinet by Wylie & Lochhead of Glasgow (makers label on the back), with a half veneered top and deep crossbanding. The fore edge has a nice slight moulding and below the top are 2 bow front drawers with George I style handles. At the end of each drawer are 2 ribbed facings and a further large walnut panel. Below the bottom drawer the cabinet stands on 3 sections with a very stylish shaped apron on elegant carved cabriole legs with wonderful scrolling tops and stylised feet. Excellent condition.
