A pair of brass fireside trivets or footmen

A pair of very pretty, early 19th cent, period brass fireside trivets with fretted tops and fronts and standing on finely turned legs, These would originally have been used as kettle stands or fireside pot stands, both are in excellent condition. It is very rare to find a pair like these. Sizes 10”wide, 6”deep, 12”high. Date circa 1830.
