Of potential interest to Antiquarian Book Collectors. A Rebound (believed) first edition of ‘The Works of Flavius Josephus’ translated into English by Sir Roger L’Strange. Printed in London for Richard Sare at Grays-Inn-Gate in Holborn in 1702, the book has been saved thanks to a contemporary rebinding ensuring all pages and maps have remained intact. Clear signs of age in a work that is almost 320 years old, but without tears or rips to any page. Supplied with one of the remaining original Covers
