Circa 1810.A pair of late George III harewood, inlaid serpentine fronted fold over card tables. The tops with floral marquetry inlay (later) with double string inlay and broad cross banding, open to reveal a Kingwood banded and felt lined interior, the serpentine frieze with further floral inlay which continues on the sides. The back legs are hinged and swing out to support the top when open, with a small secret drawer secreted behind one of the legs. The whole piece rests on four elegant and inlaid square tapering legs with harewood, boxwood and rosewood inlay finishing on a squat ebonized spayed foot.
