Circa 1880. Late Victorian giltwood Regency-style convex mirror. The original mirror plate with some foxing on one side within a fluted ebonized slip surrounded by a deep cavetto moulded frame with carved gilded balls surmounted by foliate rococo scrolls and with a double gilded fluted apron. With an attractive degree of wear on the gilding.
