A superb original late 19th Century Victorian Oil painting depicting a tranquil Country landscape scene with a period Building besides a River with a young mother & her children gazing out at the small vessels.The outstanding example is signed 'E Hey' and is dated 1900.It is mounted within the large spectacular gilt scrolled frame which suits the painting beautifully.The attention to detail throughout the work is absolutely marvelous and almost life like in it's execution.Offered in overall Superb Condition commensurate with age. There are two very old professional Canvas Patch repairs to the rear of the canvas but certainly nothing of which detracts from the overall beautiful presence.A remarkable example that was clearly once an important part of a very Grand residence.The asking price includes our 'Free' UK mainland fully insured delivery service.
