The superstructure comprises a twin cupboard above a central panelled recess and beneath a flattened cornice. The cupboards have two shelves inside that are behind two glazed and leaded doors (sixteen panes of dimpled glass to each door). The base has two drawers above two cupboards, one large and one small. They both have two shelves and the larger also has a pair of drawers (added at a later date). The apron of the dresser is curvaceously shaped, as are the sides. All six exterior handles are ring shaped and made of copper.

The dresser is in good condition with only a few marks commensurate with age. The original glazing is entirely intact.
