'beaverman' oak table & four chairs

A late 20th century oak circular dining table and four chairs by 'Beaverman' Colin Almack. The table has an adzed top with the signature 'Beaver' carved on the base. The four chairs have a lattice carved back and drop in leather pad seats. Colin Almack, who was trained by Robert "Mouseman" Thompson in the 1940's, was a Maker of bespoke furniture predominantly in oak with his trade mark 'the beaver' carved on all his pieces. The table and chairs are all in good condition made from quality solid oak.
