Circa 1860, pair of Victorian bow fronted pedestals (adapted). With their solid mahogany tops and exaggerated thumb moulding fore-edge. Beneath the top is a bow fronted door which follows the form of the top and has matching flame mahogany panels. The door opens to the left hand side and inside is a shelf and large drawer, with the other pedestal having two pull out slides and cupboard inside. The gables are polished and the whole piece stands on an enclosed plinth with a chamfered fore-edge and flame mahogany front. The cabinets have been repolished.
