An ex-libris copy in fair condition, "Old Pottery and Porcelain", by Fred W. Burgess, was published in 1916 as one of The Home Connoisseur series and appears to have spent much of it's long life on the shelves of Hendon Public Library in London. A useful volume which although untidy, remains in usable condition, the text containing a great deal of the sort of interesting information which, somehow, contemporary authors seem so often to miss, and still retaining it's black and white photographic plates. Gold blocked hard covers, somewhat scruffy, 426 pages, library stamps, some foxing.
