Circa 1890, late Victorian walnut framed chaise longue. The upholstered back rail is supported by four carved uprights in the form of a lyre with fleur de lis in the centre. The other end has a raised padded back with deep buttoned upholstery and uprights with scratch carving. There is a curved rail below the uprights. The seat is upholstered and stuffover and below is a small ribbed moulding. The chaise stands on 4 elegant carved cabriole legs. Excellent colour and condition.
