Turn of the century lapel- or stick-pin modelled as a Pug or Boston Terrier's head - as it's American it's quite likely the latter. It is of sterling silver, with 14K details and back, and with rose-cut diamond eyes. A very attractive little chap, made around 1900, wearable by either sex.
