This is a Swiss watch in a 14 ct gold case, made around 1900, the front set with a small rose-cut diamond so you know which is the business side. It has a beautifully clear enamel dial. It is 1 1/8 inches: 29 mm in diameter, and can be worn either on a chain or with an associated bow brooch H8595A 'on you' on the website
