A late 19th century Japanese Meiji period (1868-1913) Kutani porcelain vase. The vase is decorated in Kutani colours of red orange and gold with decorative painted panels of flowers in baskets. The shoulders of the vase is decorated with cicada's that have their wings closed and the vase is highlighted in gilt. The vase is in good condition but has no marks or signatures.
