Inlaid Georgian flame mahogany octagonal tea caddy. No missing or replaced veneer with even colour throughout. Cross grain edging to the top and front. Attractive inlays to the front angles and lid centre, all original and complete. Hinges and lock in very good condition with a replacement working key supplied. Being over critical, there is a small area at the top right corner of the front that has some scratches, please see close up photograph of the area. The interior has been neatly restored by a previous owner. Relined lid interior with well fitting lids. Relined tea sections and the lid undersides are in very good condition. A fine item of a pleasing style with attractive grain and inlays.
