An early 19th century Georgian figured mahogany drop-leaf Pembroke table c1820. The table has an oblong top with radius cornered hinged leaf to both sides. Inlaid box lines to apron at both ends with box-ebony-kingwood band at base of apron. Beautifully figured top supported on four tapered and finely reeded legs, terminating in brass cup casters. Retaining its original finish. The table is 77 cm in height and 91.5 cm by 46.5 cm when closed – extending to 91.5 cm by 91.5 cm when open.
This table is in excellent condition commensurate with age. Minor historic knocks, marks and wear as is to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Please see images as these form an important part of the description.
