George III period, oak and elm cricket table, dating from the late 18th century. This cricket table has a round oak plank top with bevelled edge, raised on three tapered turned elm legs with off-set pad feet.
Dimensions: This table measures approximately 64.5 (25") tall, and 74 cm (29") cm diameter.
Condition: This table is in reasonable condition, commensurate with its age. There are some age related marks and signs of wear. There are some blemish marks on the top, consistent with its age. There are a couple of brackets which have been added to the hidden underside to re-enforce joints. There are some old worm holes in the legs, which as a matter of precaution have been treated, though these do not affect the structural integrity, and the table is still fully sound, see pictures.
