early victorian carved walnut centre stool

Circa 1860, good early Victorian carved walnut centre stool. The very stylish gros point top is in the form of geometric flower heads. Below this, the serpentine shaped apron is carved on all sides making the stool freestanding. The stool stands on cabriole legs with a carved roundel on the knees, finishing on classic Victorian feet. Clean, very sturdy and functional.
