Circa 1800, Dutch marquetry silver table in the English style. The rectangular saucer top has canted corners and marquetry panel in the centre of foliate designs, birds, and urns. This is framed by several lines of inlay. Beneath the top is a single full length drawer at the front and a lovely tear drop apron in the centre which is covered in floral marquetry. The sides and the back of the table are framed in marquetry panels similar to the drawer front. The whole piece stands on 4 beautiful elegant cabriole legs finishing in pad feet, which are again smothered in marquetry. Wonderful colour and great patination.
