    This is a contemporary Tantric painting executed on cloth. These paintings are colorful and painted in glowing mineral and vegetable colors. The colors extracted from certain minerals, plant sources, conch shells.
     
    This particular piece exemplifies 'Neo Tantra' which is contemporary art that nods to the past and incorporates the elements of traditional Tranta (for example, geometrical elements such as the circle, astrological elements, the lotus flower, calligraphic forms).
     
    Overall, the art is mystical, esoteric and explores the mystery of being. It also has appeal and is very decorative.
