arts and crafts solid oak dresser c1917 antique cabinet

Solid oak Arte & Crafts dresser. Probably started life as an institutional piece. Come of age and got a look to work with.

The cabinet, constructed of solid oak throughout. Backboard, panels everything. It has plenty of distressing, has a pretty good colour but has had an over polish. Hole in the door from a lost handle. Ring mark to top, which looks quite deep (see photo). Needs a good sound restoration job.. depending. You may just wire wool, wax and enjoy.The makers Mark: We can't fully make it out or relate it to anyone. Stamped GR V 1917 (probably means George V and a date). Also stamped, but not very clearly is W. and we think L. & Co and Td rather than Ltd, so what we think is states is. W.L. & Co Td . Would that indicate any manufacturers to you?The lock, could be original, maybe. Is brass, four lever and reads Harleys Ltd Liverpool.(HLL!?)
