This is a fantastic antique English Victorian set of eight carved oak dining chairs with stunning burgundy leather upholstery Circa 1860 in date.
The upholstered backs with beautiful hand carved foliateand anthemion decoration and buttoned back leather. The overstuffed seats are also upholstered in leather with double conehand-springing and brass studs and they are raised on square tapering fluted front legs. We have used a sumptuous Scottish leather from Crest Leather in Old English Burgundy.
These chairs have been masterfully crafted in beautiful solid oak throughout and the finish and attention to detail on display are truly breathtaking.
