This is an antique fireside foot rest. An English, oak and mahogany kneeling stool, dating to the early Victorian period, circa 1850.

• Beautifully upholstered, generously sized and purposely angled for comfort
• Displays a desirable aged patina throughout
• Select oak and mahogany stocks show rich hues and fine grain interest
• Quality, later velour upholstery with colourful foliate pattern
• Over a metre wide, with comfortable foot rest proportion for two
