To commemorate the Royal Wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana on 29th July 1981 : Stanley Gibbons commissioned three magnificent volumes of stamp albums There are 223 pages adding up to 723 stamps as many have several on each page. All stamps are unused and are unhinged as they are all on cellophane mounts. The stamps are very beautiful,in mint condition, and details of their designer and printing are stated.Many are printed as sets and there are 50 Special Souvenir mountings.81 Countries are represented (Not only the Commonwealth) and,surprisingly feature stamps from North Korea,Bolivia,Uruguay,Congo Republic,Djibouti and the Ivory Coast.The albums have slip cases embossed with titles in excellent condition. These would make a lovely present for a Royalist,an Admirer of Diana or a young child. It is very educational for a child who will learn about design,geography currencies and collecting.
