The warm colour Rosewood case has very fine marquetry inlay work, the original ormolu (bronze doré) in original condition finely cast and chased, the original pendulum with patinated centre and ormolu star, the silvered dial stamped at the reverse Roblin A Paris.
The 8 day movement is fully cleaned and serviced, striking every 30 minutes on a bell, the movement is stamped for Grange & Bétout A Paris.
Still on the original turned Lemon wood feet.
Interesting is to see that the top and the base profile still have the original ivory colour lacquer finish.
