#9992 balgowan an early 20th century oak post letter box

A Small Edwardian Oak Post Box, the lid with an inset brass posting slot engraved BALGOWAN LETTER BOX, the front with a glass window. Two hand-written labels showing postal times are pinned inside the lid, The lock is operated by its original key.
The box is accompanied by a heavy leather despatch satchel, also engraved BALGOWAN on the front of the link plate, which needs repair.
