Maurice Thomas was also known as "Morris" and engraved his town name "Carnarvon" for what we now call Caernarfon. He worked in Booth Street and was a prolific maker of high quality longcase clocks with brass dials, tidal dials, moon dials and special astronomical dials. Fine cases also of high quality in oak and mahogany.
