20th century chinese wall mirror

An early 20th century earlier style carved rosewood Chinese wall mirror. The mirror frame has a half round profile with five pierced decorative carvings. The oblong mirror plate has a bevelled edge and the frame has a pierced brass plate to the top from which it can be hung. The mirror has been given as a prize in the past and has a silver metal plaque at the bottom "H G C Hope Challenge Prize 1937 - Won by Mrs T M Burton". The mirror and frame are in very good condition, and extra pair of brass plates have been added to the sides for hanging but can be removed if wished.
