A George III mahogany knife box, with serpentine and shaped frieze, small brass ring handle to lid and brass escutcheon to frieze, the lid opening to reveal four compartments. The knife box raised on bracket feet, the front feet missing - the feet could be restored by us, at cost, and it needs a good wax -- will look lovely when finished!H: 15 1/2"
