Cigarette holder - Deco

This cigarette holder irresistably brings to mind the Flappers of the 1920s, who would n''t have wanted stain their little fingers with nicotine, and would have taken great delight in swanning around with their cigarette held away in this 14kt gold holder, one end clasping the cigarette, the other round the finger to be elegantly waved at friends or alluring strangers.
It is American, 14kt being the usual American gold standard, and bears a maker''s mark WHW (?) which I have been unable to trace - but never mind, it''s a fun thing, and would make a great gift for your still-smoking girl-friend - though it won''t encourage her to give up!
