Cigar cutter 14K

Small gold cigar cutter, probably intended to be worn on a watch chain. It was made 1900/1920 in 14ct (tested) gold with a finely frosted finish, one side set with a tiny diamond. The overall lenth is 1 1/2 inches: 40 mm, and the cutter diameter is 3/8 inch: 9mm so it won''t take a huge Havana! It weighs 5.7 grams.
